SEM Vinyl Prep is a high strength combination of solvents and water. It not only cleans soils, wax and grease from the surface, but also creates a slight softening of the vinyl film and prepares the surface for coating with SEM COLOR COAT.
Sold in 14 oz. Aerosol cans.
